Al Handal Group held a 10-day Employee development program from October 4–14, 2025, bringing together 150 employees for intensive training at Hadia Farm, part of Al Handal International Group. Led by Instructor Mohammed Radwan, the sessions focused on teamwork, communication, confidence, problem-solving, conflict management, and idea generation, reflecting the Group’s commitment to developing its people and fostering a collaborative culture.
