Hardan Noori AlHandal serves as the Vice-Chairman of Al Handal International Group, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives and steering the company towards continued growth and success. In addition to his leadership at Al Handal International Group, he is the Founder and CEO of Modon for Real Estate Development, a dynamic real estate development company founded in 2009 that is currently overseeing five major projects, collectively totaling over 32,000 residential, retail and hospitality units. With a keen eye for innovation and a commitment to excellence, Hardan Noori AlHandal has successfully navigated the company through significant milestones, driving its growth within the competitive real estate sector. His visionary approach and deep industry expertise have positioned Modon for Real Estate as a leader in the market.

Mohammed Noori Al Handal successfully climbed the ranks of Al Handal International Group (HIG) beginning in the year 2000, and eventually became the CEO of the group in 2007. Due to his valuable experience, high education, and rigorous training, he has proudly been the sole motivator behind the achievement of the major milestones in the group’s expansion in trading investments, general trading, and real estate management. As CEO, he urges uncompromising social responsibility across all divisions.

Noor Noori Al Handal is the Board Member of Al Handal Group and Deputy CEO of Modon for Real Estate, with almost nine years of experience working through a variety of roles in the treasury and investments department. Noor’s philosophy revolves around motivating and leading his colleagues through rigorous training to ensure healthy and prospering customer relations. With a continuous thirst for knowledge, Noor can always be found encouraging others to broaden their skills and awareness of the industry.

Ziad Badr is a Lebanese national who joined the World Bank in 1993 with a focus on the Africa and MENA regions. He assumed various responsibilities as the Senior Economist in the Africa Knowledge and learning unit where the concepts of "Knowledge Bank" and "Monitoring and Evaluation tools" were pioneered. Shortly after, Ziad was announced as the Head of the World Bank mission in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and relocated to Amman as Head of the World Bank office for Iraq and Jordan. Ziad has been instrumental in establishing the World Bank presence in Baghdad and nurturing relations with the Iraqi government. His success was due to the extensive network initiated with both the private and public sectors in Iraq. After over 26 years of a budding career, Ziad retired in 2019 and continues to work as a senior adviser, and Board Member in numerous leading companies in the MENA region.

Dr. Yass Alkafaji is a highly accomplished academician, an experienced practitioner, and a recognized leader in the field of accounting and business. He is the founder of Alkafaji & Associates, Ltd (A&A), a prominent accounting firm in Chicago, and holds a partnership position at Ledgers Accounting and Auditing LLC in Dubai. As a Board Member and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee at Al Handal Group, Dr. Alkafaji brings a wealth of expertise and a distinguished track record of success. With a strong foundation in academia, Dr. Alkafaji serves as an Emeritus Professor of Business Administration at the esteemed American University of Sharjah (AUS), where he held the position of Professor of Accounting for 15 years. Additionally, he holds the prestigious role of Academic Director of the Iraq Public Policy and Leadership Program (IPLP) based at AUS. Dr. Alkafaji holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, a DBA from Mississippi State University, a Bachelor's degree from the University of Baghdad, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the USA.

Rani is a strategist and trusted advisor with extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership and working with the Board of Directors, Banks, Consultants and Attorneys. MENA experience in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Iraq, Algeria and Lebanon. Nominated as Board member in several entities. Rani is a Consultant in Financial Structuring, Risk Management, Tax Planning and Governance and an Advisory Board Member. Held positions as the Deputy General Manager and Group CFO of Solidere SAL from 2017 until 2023 and the Group CFO of Solidere International PLC from 2008 until June 2019. Prior to Solidere, Rani held positions at Novartis AG as Regional Financial Manager for the ME Cluster, Senior audit manager at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Lebanese national, with Turkish and Grenadian citizenships, a CPA from the University of Illinois in Chicago, an MBA and a BS degrees from the Lebanese American University. Rani is 51, married, fluent in Arabic, English and French.

Omar Al Handal's professional journey encompasses pivotal leadership roles. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Al Handal International Group and Chairman of The Station Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Baghdad's inaugural co-working space and business incubator established in 2017 as a non-profit organization committed to youth empowerment and capacity building. Additionally, Omar holds the position of General Partner at Iraq Venture Partners (IVP), the first venture capital fund in Iraq founded in 2022, with a specific focus on investing in promising Iraqi startups in seed and pre- seed stages. Omar's educational journey includes earning Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management from the American University in Dubai, as well as in Business Administration and Marketing from the Canadian University in Dubai.

Adnan holds a business degree from the American University of Iraq in addition to accredited certificates from Harvard Business School in the domains of Data Analytics, Organizational Leadership and Family Wealth Management. Adnan leads the group’s investments in the Hospitality, Fitness and Organic Farming sectors. CEO of Wolf Gyms and Kaizen Hospitality; Adnan supported introducing a new concept in the fitness and wellness sector in Iraq. He is extremely focused in delivering the highest quality standards, bringing the latest fitness technology and applying proven methods for the highest quality customer service. In 2021, Adnan established (CCP) Connected Consulting Partners aspired by the importance of having robust risk management, governance and internal control frameworks for corporate success; he applied his knowledge to flourish newly developed businesses and sought for the prosperity of a mature business environment. Adnan also acts as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Gallery; the group’s cultural and social initiative to support the artists in the community. Engineer Abdul Hameed Al Qadhi is the projects director at Modon for Real Estate Development with over thirty years of work experience in the Middle East and South East Asia. His core strengths are in high-rise buildings, residential complexes, hospitality and airport projects. He has managed and successfully delivered several prestigious projects in different sectors such as the Fountain View, The Address Hotel, Damac Heights, Damac Akoia, Emaar South, Abu Dhabi Trade Center, Kuala Lumper International airport, etc... He has worked for several international and local consultants including AECOM, WS Atkins, Ramboll, Dewan, Arif & Bintoak , etc..

Eng. Omar Al-Handal leads Loft for Design & Construction Company with a vision centered on innovation, sustainability, and executional excellence. With a background in civil engineering and extensive experience managing large-scale projects, he has overseen the successful delivery of major residential and infrastructure developments across Iraq. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened its position among the top construction firms in terms of project scale, speed of delivery, and commitment to quality. Mr. Othman Chamseddin joins Al Handal Group as the new Internal Audit Director. Mr. Othman brings over 25 years of extensive experience in audit, accounting and finance. His leadership experience at Deloitte & Touche (Middle East) and tenure in managing internal audit across diverse sectors such as banking, oil & gas and manufacturing truly sets him apart. Firas Hasani Alobaidi became a member of Al Handal International Group in 2019, where he has played an integral role in shaping the leadership and strategic direction of the group's financial initiatives. With over 24 years of extensive experience in accounting and finance, he has worked across diverse industrial, commercial, and service sectors, cultivating a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and adeptly managing financial operations. Graduated from the University of Baghdad he is currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (USA), further refining his expertise in financial planning and strategic analysis.
