As part of participation in the 63rd Damascus International Fair, Mr. Wadee Al Handal, Chairman of Al Handal International Group, hosted a gathering of economic and diplomatic figures and business leaders from Iraq and Syria at his majlis in Damascus.

The meeting brought together Mr. Amer Al-Fahdawi, President of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce; Mr. Jubair Shallal Al-Dulaimi, Chargé d’Affaires at the Iraqi Embassy in Damascus; prominent businessman Mr. Mowaffak Al-Qaddah; and Dr. Anas Al-Bou, Advisor to the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce, alongside a number of Iraqi and Syrian business leaders.

Discussions focused on expanding trade and investment cooperation between Iraq and Syria, identifying opportunities for joint partnerships, and exploring ways to turn ideas and initiatives into practical development projects that support the economies and shared interests of both countries.
