Mr. Wadeea Al Handal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Handal Int. Group and Iraq Private Banks League, visited UAE to attend a meeting with the official presence of his excellency Mr. Aziz Abdulla Al Ghurair, Board Member of UAE Banks Federation, and on the Iraqi side, the delegate was headed by his excellency Mr. Mustafa Ghalib, Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq.

This meeting comes with the aim of joint cooperation in providing banking services to both the Iraqi and Emirati communities, in addition to building a close relationship between the Iraqi and Emirati banking sector.

Mr. Wadeea Al Handal emphasised the idea of ​​establishing a joint banking committee between #Iraq and UAE, with the aim of keeping pace with the latest legislation in the banking sector, which would lead to building a solid relationship between the Iraqi and Emirati banking sectors.
