On April 10–11, 2025, Al Handal International Group hosted a dynamic 2-day training program led by Dr. Mohamed Radwan, focusing on the Multi-Personality Type Indicator (MPTI) and its application in the workplace.
Bringing together executives and team leaders, the program explored how understanding different personality types can strengthen communication, enhance collaboration, and build high-performing teams. Through real-life case studies, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, participants gained tools to drive more effective coordination across departments.
