On Monday, January 9th, 2023, Ashur International Bank held the annual meeting of the General Assembly, in the presence of the shareholders.

Mr. Nour Al Handal, chair of the session began the meeting by welcoming the shareholders, representatives of the Central Bank of Iraq, the company's registrar, and auditors.

The meeting was attended by the chairman and members of the board of directors, the managing director, Mr. Ziad Fatayer, and members of the executive management.

The discussion of the items on the agenda of the meeting proceeded, and in the light of the discussion and interventions, the General Assembly took the following decisions:

• Unanimously approving the report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2021

• Unanimously approving the final accounts for the year ending on 12/31/2021

• Unanimously approving the auditors' report on the final accounts for the year ending on 12/31/2021

• Unanimously approving the report of the Audit Committee for the fiscal year ending in 2021 and appointing the Audit Committee for the year 2022.

• Appointing auditors for the fiscal year 2022, Mr. Mustafa Fouad Abbas and his partners, and the company of Mr. Firas Ismail Kurban Ali and his partner.

• Discharge of the chairman and members of the board of directors for the fiscal year 2021

• Approving the dividend for the fiscal year 2021

The meeting was concluded after discussing its agenda.
