Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale real estate development projects in Baghdad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of real estate development projects, from planning and design to construction and delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and compliance with project objectives.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate or construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English preferred.
